Vastu is an architectural and spatial science rooted in observation. While some cultural practices are symbolic, our approach focuses on measurable outcomes: orientation, daylight, circulation and functional adjacency — not superstition.
Consultation Process
An online consultation includes review of scaled drawings or on-site photos, compass-corrected orientation checks, a Vastu map with prioritized remedies, and a recorded walkthrough call. We also provide contractor-ready notes where necessary.
Provide a scaled floor plan with North arrow, recent photos of key rooms, property address and any site constraints. For on-site visits, have access to roof and service areas available if possible.

Online audits typically deliver the initial report within 48–72 hours. On-site visits include a preliminary note within 48 hours and a full report within the agreed schedule depending on scope.
Yes — follow-up calls and clarifications are included for a defined period. Extended implementation support and on-site verification can be arranged as paid services.
Technical & Drawings
Yes. We coordinate with architects and structural engineers to produce 2D/3D drawings and annotated plans that respect both Vastu and building codes. Deliverables can be provided in common CAD and PDF formats.
When provided with scaled plans and an accurate North arrow, online audits are highly reliable. For complex structural remedies we recommend on-site verification to confirm dimensions and materials.
Yes — we can annotate your CAD or PDF plans with Vastu grids, buffer zones and construction notes. Ask for the preferred file format during booking.
Remedies & Implementation
Yes — most recommendations involve furniture rearrangement, color and material changes, lighting adjustments, and strategic placement of elements. Structural suggestions are offered only when necessary and are practical.
We recommend symbolic aids only when classical guidance supports them and practical spatial correction isn’t possible. Our preference is for architectural fixes that change energy flows in a lasting manner.
Remedies are ranked by expected impact and invasiveness. We present quick wins first (low cost, high impact), followed by medium and structural changes if required, so clients can phase implementation by budget and timeline.
Payments & Policies
Fees depend on property type and scope. Example starting points: online residential audits from ₹999; commercial and industrial quotes are scoped-based. On-site visits and detailed drawings are quoted separately.
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, netbanking and bank transfers. For on-site projects, we can invoice corporates with purchase order references on request.
Due to the personalised nature of consultancy, refunds are not applicable once work begins. If services have not started, full refunds apply. We handle disputes fairly—reach out to our support channel within 7 days.
Privacy, Data & Legal
Client files and messages are stored in a secure workspace with restricted access. We use industry-standard controls and allow clients to manage sharing permissions for deliverables and plans.
No personal or contact details are shared. Case studies describe problems and solutions without revealing client-identifying information, unless explicit written permission is provided.
We follow applicable data protection best practices and retain client files only as required for service provision. Contact support to request deletion or export of your data.
